Samuel H. Herrera Jr. is a licensed real estate broker and licensed real estate appraiser who hails from Bacolod City. He prefers practicing his real estate profession (Both in General Brokerage and Project Selling) in the newly-established Negros Island Region and Bacolod City. He is a member of REBAP-Metro Bacolod and is accredited as a broker in all local and national real estate developers.
He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication and Bachelor of Laws at University of Saint La Salle-Bacolod. He finished his Master in Public Administration at Philippine College of Health Sciences, Inc. Later, he took a Nursing Degree at West Negros College (Now, STI West Negros University) and eventually, he became a registered nurse. He also earned his Master of Arts in Nursing at University of San Agustin-Iloilo.
As a L.E.T. Passer, he is currently connected as a part-time Professional Lecturer III in the Social Sciences Department of the University of Saint La Salle-Bacolod, his alma mater. He was a Service Awardee for 10 years at Colegio San Agustin-Bacolod as a former full-time Assistant Professor I in the College of Arts, Sciences and Education Department.
